These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile experience, vendor portal, and related services provided by Logistics Platform ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Customer — a person requesting quotes or booking a move through the Platform.
- Vendor — a verified packers-and-movers business that uses the Platform to receive leads and fulfil moves.
- Lead — a customer's quote request shared with up to three Vendors.
- Booking — a confirmed move between a Customer and a Vendor after the Customer accepts a quote and pays the advance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Role of the Platform
Logistics Platform is an intermediary that connects Customers with verified Vendors. We are not a packers-and-movers company; we do not pack, load, transport, unload, or unpack goods. The move itself is performed by the Vendor under a separate contract between the Customer and the Vendor.
We verify Vendors' identity, GST registration, and KYC documentation, and we moderate reviews. We do not, however, guarantee any specific outcome of any move.
5. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are estimates from Vendors based on the information you provide. Final price may vary if the actual move differs materially from the description.
- A Booking is confirmed when you accept a Vendor's quote and pay the agreed advance.
- All Bookings are subject to the Vendor's availability and operational constraints.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners. An advance (typically 10–25% of the quoted amount) is collected at the time of Booking; the balance is paid to the Vendor on or before delivery. Invoices include GST at applicable rates.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a Booking you agree to those rules.
8. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate and complete details about your move (inventory, addresses, access, dates).
- Ensure goods are ready for pickup at the agreed time; vendors may charge for waiting.
- Pay the agreed balance on delivery.
- Do not include prohibited items (cash, jewellery beyond declared value, hazardous materials, illegal goods).
9. Vendor obligations
- Maintain valid GST registration, KYC, and vehicle paperwork.
- Honour the quote provided to the Customer; any change is between Vendor and Customer.
- Handle goods with reasonable care and complete the move within the agreed timeline.
- Provide a GST invoice for the move directly to the Customer.
10. Platform role and Vendor obligations
The Platform is a lead marketplace. Logistics Platform connects Customers with independently operated packers and movers ("Vendors") and is not a party to the actual move contract. We do not perform the move, take custody of any goods, track shipments, provide insurance, or handle disputes arising during or after the move.
Insurance, breakage, missing items, delays, and any other liability arising from the physical move are between the Customer and the Vendor that performed the move. Most Vendors offer optional transit insurance — ask the Vendor directly for their insurer's policy document before booking.
11. Reviews and content
Customers may submit reviews of completed moves. Reviews must be honest, based on first-hand experience, and free of personal attacks or false claims. We may moderate or remove reviews that violate these rules.
12. Intellectual property
The Platform, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Logistics Platform or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may use the Platform only for the purposes permitted by these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logistics Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the platform fee paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logistics Platform and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise misuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our support team.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after a revision indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
