- Vendor information — when vendors register: GSTIN, PAN, the last four digits of Aadhaar (for verification), bank account details (held by our payment processor), business address, and KYC documents.
- Usage information — pages visited, links clicked, device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, and referral source.
- Cookies and similar technologies — to remember preferences, authenticate sessions, and measure performance.
2. How we use your information
- To match your move request with verified vendors and deliver quotes.
- To process bookings, payments, refunds, and invoices.
- To communicate with you about your account, quotes, bookings, and service updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- To improve the Platform, including A/B testing and aggregate analytics.

3. Sharing with vendors and service providers
When you submit a quote request, we share your move details — including name, phone number, and pickup/drop-off cities — with up to three verified vendors so they can contact you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share information with unrelated third parties for marketing.
We share information with the following service providers strictly to operate the Platform: payment processors, notification providers (SMS, email, WhatsApp), cloud hosting, and analytics. Each is bound by data processing terms that restrict use to the services we have engaged them to perform.
4. Data retention
Lead and booking data is retained for seven (7) years from the date of the move to comply with tax and regulatory obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active and for one (1) year after deactivation, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
5. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdrawal of consent — where consent is the legal basis for processing.
- Grievance — escalate to our Grievance Officer (contact below) if you have concerns.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and audit logging across our systems. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-factor authentication where available.
